5. User Accounts & Access
- Users must be 18+ and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for account security and all activity under your login.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these terms.
6. Ordering & Contract Formation
- Selection: You choose menu items, select “Delivery” or “Pickup,” then proceed to checkout.
- In‑App Notifications: “Accepted” when the restaurant confirms your order. “Ready” when the restaurant has prepared your order. “Completed” when the delivery is handed off to the driver or when you pick up your order.
- Contract: Your confirmed order constitutes a direct contract between you and the restaurant, governed by these Terms & Conditions.
7. Prices, Taxes & Payment
- Prices shown in DZD include VAT at [19%].
- Accepted methods: cash, future CIB integration.
8. Delivery, Pickup & Transfer of Risk
- Delivery: Driver attempts twice—undeliverable orders may be canceled.
- Pickup: Ready time indicated—if not collected within 15 minutes, order may be canceled.
- Risk passes to you upon delivery signature or pickup.
9. Cancellation, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal
- You may cancel before restaurant confirmation.
- No withdrawal right for perishable goods once dispatched.
- Defects/non‑conformities reported within 24 hours may be refunded or replaced.
10. Prohibited Conduct
- No fraudulent orders, abuse, or unlawful activity.
- No interference with the platform or other users.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and logos on the Site/App are the property of Moody-Food or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays, non-delivery, or food quality issues caused by restaurants or delivery partners. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Site/App after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Algeria. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Algerian courts.
16. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.
